About the role
Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced (Senior) Demand Planner to join our Central Europe Supply Chain Team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate forecasting and supply of our exceptional brands across the Central European market. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations and contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile
Professional experience & know-how:
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Demand Planning within a dynamic supply chain environment.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proven track record of driving results, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
Developed interest and aptitude for Information Systems and Technologies. Prior knowledge of SAP and other Business Intelligence tools is a significant advantage.
Languages
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in German is highly appreciated and will be considered a strong asset.
Other skills
Comfortable and effective communicating within a decentralized organizational structure and diverse multicultural business environment.
A collaborative and effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
