We are a family-run business with over 30 years of success, offering a fantastic range of vehicles across Anchor Cars, Vanlux, and Anchor Vans. We’re seeking a motivated and customer focused Car Sales Executive to join our award-winning team. Someone who puts the customer first, thrives in a team environment, and is ready to take on a new challenge. You’ll guide customers through the full sales journey, from first enquiry to handover, providing expert advice, presenting finance and warranty options, and building lasting relationships along the way.
Salary: £60,000 OTE per year (including commission) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Full-time. Weekend availability is required. Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Deliver an outstanding experience by exceeding customer expectations throughout their journey.
Respond quickly and professionally to all enquiries across digital, phone, and walk-in channels.
Provide a consultative, customer-focused approach from initial enquiry through to handover.
Confidently present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features and value.
Lead Management & Customer Service
Manage and follow up leads via CRM.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Ensure every customer receives an unrivalled level of service.
Performance & Administration
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Accurately complete all documentation in line with company standards and compliance.
Support the wider team and contribute to the dealership’s continued success.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Automotive Sales Executive, with a proven track record.
Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
Hard-working, conscientious, and team-oriented.
Full UK Driving Licence.
