Position Summary:

Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst to serve as a functional expert across our warehouse, inventory, and supply chain systems. In this role you will bridge business operations and technology - driving requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring our platforms run at their best. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and IS leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes across our Oracle R12 EBS environment and connected systems.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Serve as subject matter expert across defined business domains, with deep focus on warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment

Lead user interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and validate business requirements; identify gaps and develop practical workarounds where needed

Design and recommend best-practice solutions across ERP, CRM, and peripheral platforms, including Oracle R12 EBS, Salesforce, business logic middleware, and SRPm (mobile platform)

Configure systems to meet approved requirements and act as the primary functional point of contact for stakeholders and technical teams

Research, analyze, and resolve Service Requests in a timely and thorough manner

Coordinate assigned project activities, keeping deliverables on track and stakeholders informed

Deliver clear, proactive communication to both internal teams and external partners throughout project and support cycles

Provide post-production support and own the resolution of production issues through to closure

Develop and maintain end-user training documentation; facilitate training sessions as needed

Consistently apply team methodology and industry best practices across all work

Travel to business sites as needed to support implementations, go-lives, and operational reviews

The gross salary range is $115,000 - $135,000 plus and excellent benefits package and bonus opportunity. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

Minimum of 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience; (Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion)) strongly preferred

Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle WMS and Inventory modules

Minimum of two or more Oracle implementations or integrations completed in a functional lead capacity

Deep knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping

Demonstrated experience delivering warehouse automation initiatives

Experience with Oracle Purchasing and Order Management is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent professional experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa

Ability to travel as needed up to 25%.

Compensation
