We’re a team of GHR professionals from a variety of different industries, based in the UK, Poland and India, covering all major time zones that State Street operate in across APAC, EMEA and the Americas

What we do

We provide end to end time and attendance services to employees and managers across State Street globally, including technology solution deployment, SME leads on multiple business projects, service transitions, operational delivery, employee experience, process improvement and more

Service Line

Employee Experience focuses on robust oversight and effective operational delivery of Time Management activities, continuously enhancing the Employee Experience through self-service content to empower and support our workforce.

What you will be responsible for

Supporting the prioritization of Employee Experience across the function,

Maintaining Process Library containing employee / manager facing materials, and Admin materials

Partnering with other Service Lines in Global Time Management to enhance service offerings including self-service and AI

Support on the delivery and implementation of process improvements to simplify BAU and enhance experience for employees, managers and admin

Identifying process improvements to simplify operational delivery and enhance experience for employees and managers

Support on the delivery of Global Time Management’s overall strategy

Build and maintain effective relationships with our internal stakeholders and our 3rd Party vendors to provide a high-quality service for our employees

Align to the global operating model, supporting other countries and processes if required

Supporting on testing of Workday Releases, Change Requests, technology implementations
