Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the branch team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experience

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition

Identify and address customer needs, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Manage and develop the branch team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance their skills and performance

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities

Requirements

Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
