Do Work That Matters – Il tuo ruolo e le tue responsabilità

Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platforms, lavorerai su progetti di trasformazione digitale in ambito Commercial Excellence, supportando i clienti nella progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni digitali per la gestione integrata dei processi commerciali. La posizione è basata presso la nostra sede di Firenze.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

Partecipare a incontri con il cliente per mappare come oggi gestisce prezzi, sconti e promozioni

Tradurre le esigenze raccolte in documenti operativi come gap analysis e specifiche funzionali

Contribuire alla configurazione di piattaforme come SAP, Akeron e Price Fx, impostando ad esempio le regole di calcolo prezzo, i flussi di approvazione degli sconti o le logiche di budget delle promozioni commerciali

Prendere parte ai test funzionali, verificando concretamente che il sistema calcoli prezzi, sconti e commissioni nel modo corretto rispetto a quanto richiesto dal cliente

Affiancare il team nella fase di go-live e nella preparazione di materiali di formazione (manuali, guide operative) per gli utenti finali, come i team Sales o Trade Marketing del cliente

Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti nazionali e internazionali, collaborando con professionisti altamente qualificati e lavorando a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti del Consumer and Industrial Market, inclusi i settori Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing e Automotive.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

Hai conseguito una laurea triennale o magistrale, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini

Non è richiesta esperienza pregressa su SAP, Akeron o Price Fx: la formazione su questi strumenti avviene on the job, conta soprattutto la curiosità verso il funzionamento dei processi aziendali e la voglia di imparare strumenti digitali complessi

Hai interesse per i sistemi informativi aziendali e per le piattaforme digitali a supporto dei processi di business

Ti appassiona capire come le aziende gestiscono e ottimizzano i processi commerciali attraverso strumenti digitali, in particolare in ambiti come pricing, promozioni, gestione degli sconti e sistemi di incentivazione della forza vendita

Do Work That Matters – Your Role and Responsibilities

KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to businesses, supporting them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitalization, risk analysis and management, as well as in extraordinary finance operations.

By joining the Enterprise Platforms Team, you will work on digital transformation projects in the Commercial Excellence space, supporting clients in the design and implementation of digital solutions for the integrated management of commercial processes. The position is based at our Florence office.

Specifically, you will be involved in:

Taking part in client meetings to map out how pricing, discounts, and promotions are currently managed

Translating the requirements gathered into operational documents such as gap analyses and functional specifications

Contributing to the configuration of platforms such as SAP, Akeron, and Price Fx, for example by setting up price calculation rules, discount approval workflows, or trade promotion budget logic

Taking part in functional testing, concretely verifying that the system correctly calculates prices, discounts, and commissions according to the requirements defined

Supporting the team during go-live and helping prepare training materials (manuals, user guides) for end users, such as the client's Sales or Trade Marketing teams

You will be involved in national and international projects, collaborating with highly skilled professionals and working closely with our Consumer and Industrial Market clients, including the Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors.

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Qualities

This opportunity is right for you if:

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Management Engineering or a related field

No prior experience with SAP, Akeron, or Price Fx is required: training on these tools happens on the job, what matters most is curiosity about how business processes work and a willingness to learn complex digital tools

You have an interest in enterprise information systems and digital platforms supporting business processes

You're curious about how companies manage and optimize commercial processes through digital tools, particularly in areas such as pricing, promotions, discount management, and sales incentive systems

You're motivated to work in consulting, supporting companies in analyzing and improving processes and implementing software solutions

You enjoy working on structured problems, analyzing data, and translating business needs into application solutions

You have a good command of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
