Warehouse Process Control Specialist
We are Europe’s fastest-growing non-food discounter, operating a rapidly expanding logistics network with 16 Distribution Centres across NL, FR, DE, PL, ES, IT and SK. In June 2025, we opened our first DC in Spain (Illescas, Toledo) to further support our growth in the Iberian market. Action is now moving to the next level by opening a new insourced Distribution Centre in Banyeres del Penedès, Tarragona.
Your Mission
The Warehouse Process Control Specialist is part of the Process Control Department and reports directly to the Process Manager. The primary focus is to ensure the continuance and quality of all DC processes.
Including: monitoring, analyzing and when necessary assisting and improving the various processes in the DC and taking care of the total processing of store orders and ensuring that KPI's service level is achieved.
Key Accountabilities
Process Management
Releasing replenishments waves and orders waves in SAP (golden flow)
Identifying unusual and/or potentially dangerous situations and resolving them.
Identify possibilities to improve processes in DC (continues improvement)
Required to be part time every day on the warehouse to do daily checks, observations, control, identify possible improvement, etc.
Leading the projects to optimize/improve processes
Making sure that all departments works according to Action standard
Processing and answering claims from stores (leading the meetings, creating reports to make sure that quality for stores is delivered)
Workload management to make sure the most effective way of working for other departments and avoid demurrages.
Analyzing and monitoring data to control all flows in DC.
Supporting other departments to achieve our common goals
Reporting of daily results from all departments
Cooperation with HQ especially with central process control , process experts etc.
Realizing tasks in Bwise (system to report controls and make sure actual and right data in SAP)
Dock management
Support
Keeping track of data and relevant Key Process Indicators.
Analyzing and assessing this data and, where necessary, inform stake holders.
Actively contributes to optimizing the results.

What we are looking for
CFGS and/or 3 years of relevant work experience.
A good command of English (both verbal and written), minimum B2 level.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
What we offer
Salary Range: 23.000€ – 33.000€ gross/year
The final salary offer will be determined on the basis of a number of objective criteria, including: relevant experience from the candidate, skills, academic qualifications and the level of responsibility required by the position.
