The Strategy Department is part of the Corporate Development Division and focuses on the following:

Formulation and safeguarding of corporate and business area strategies

Implementation and coordination of strategic planning

Supporting the departments in the development of functional and regional strategies

Strong responsibilities

This position offers you the opportunity to gain a broad overview of the commercial aviation industry and learn about the strategic planning and decision-making process within the group. To give you a realistic feeling of being part of a young and trusting department on a day to day basis you will work as a full member of the team independently on several topics including:

Supporting the planning and implementation of strategic projects

Research and analysis of fundamentals as well as preparation of contents for management

Collaboration on market studies, from short-term ad-hoc issues to long-term trends

Ideal qualifications

Your profile matches an eager self-starter who incorporates technical proficiencies into all tasking’s such as very good MS PowerPoint, communication, and research skills. As the market becomes globalized we strive to maintain an international team with following skillset:

Ready for new experiences, willing to learn from the team and able to work independently

Structured and transparent way of working, methodical competence and analytical thinking skills

Seeking degree ideally in business administration, industrial engineering, aerospace/ mechanical engineering. Students of other disciplines encouraged to apply if proven record of relevant skills.

Ideally some first work experience (not necessarily in a related field) through internships, working student positions or previously completed apprenticeships.

Basic understanding of German

Very good English language skills

Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Excellent environment
