About the role
Our positions are generally permanent; however, the initial appointment will be temporary.
Play a key role in managing, optimizing and driving the success of MTU’s worldwide GTF network to achieve MTU’s strategic goals.
Strong responsibilities
OEMRO Strategy Manager
Develop accurate forecasts for strategic capacity planning and align them across MTU’s network
Identify capacity shortages and bottlenecks, recommending solutions and mitigations
Manage internal and external contracts to ensure proper execution and enhance profitability
Support contract negotiations for extensions, amendments, and new OEMRO programs
Monitor KPIs and lead digitalization projects to improve efficiencies and contribute to corporate E2E goals
OEMRO Invoicing
Understand and be able to interpret our contracts correctly to ensure all invoices to be compliant with our contractual obligations
Issue engine invoices accurately and on time towards our customer
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and clarify them in collaboration with other departments at the respective location
Generate regular reports on invoicing activities and analyze trends and recommend process improvements, drive standardization and efficiencies
Work closely with the other customer account and engineering teams to manage shop visits in the sense of customer and company
Your qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and management, or a similar field from a technical college as a certified technician
Professional experience in the engine MRO business and/or OEM Business
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with strong collaboration abilities in a multinational environment.
Willingness to travel internationally
Strategic thinking with strong analytical problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of MS-Office and SAP required
