AI / ML Engineer

ABHITO LLC is seeking an AI / ML Engineer to build and deploy AI and machine learning solutions powering our Agentic AI, RAG, and AI Quality service lines.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications and agentic AI workflows

Build and optimize RAG pipelines including document ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval

Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for enterprise use cases

Develop AI evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks

Collaborate with prompt engineers, product managers, and integration teams

Implement AI solutions for government and regulated industry environments

Requirements:

4+ years of ML/AI engineering experience

Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, Llama, or equivalent)

Proficiency with Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)

Strong understanding of RAG architectures and evaluation methodologies
