Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Deploy global Sauces & Dressings projects into regions, ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, manufacturability and speed to the market.

Leads/supports multiple global and regional projects simultaneously including technical workstreams, without direct people management responsibility.

Works closely with regional category Managers to leverage regional expertise and support development of global best practices.

Collaborate closely with Global Principal Scientist to support proactive and breakthrough innovative initiatives.

Support projects from ideation through commercialization, including scale-up and plant trials.

Explore, evaluate, and implement new ingredients, technologies, and processing approaches that deliver competitive advantage.

Engage with suppliers and external ecosystems to identify and validate new raw materials and technologies.

Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in food product development

Strong, demonstrated experience in sauces and dressings formulation and processing.

Solid understanding of ingredient functionality (emulsifiers, stabilizers, acids, flavors, preservatives)

Experience with industrialization and scale-up of liquid or semi-liquid food systems

Working knowledge of nutrition principles and regulatory frameworks

Experience supporting global or multi-regional projects preferred.
