The US Wholesale eCommerce Coordinator supports our US Wholesale accounts and their online efforts. This role is responsible for assisting in tasks required to get our products listed and available to purchase on wholesaler websites. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and is familiar with the online shopping experience. This role reports into the US Senior Manager eCommerce, and is based in our Mexico office.45%: Product Copy and Image ProcurementMaintaining a list of all Wholesale products to ensure copy and images have been shared with the Wholesale accounts on timeProcuring product copy utilizing reports and a web portal. Adjusting copy format to meet each account's requirements. Sending copy to accountsDownloading product images utilizing an Excel based tool and web portal. Adjusting image file names to meet each account's requirements. Sending images to accountsOn-going maintenance45%: Product Set Up formsMaintaining a list of all Wholesale products to track due dates and status of product set upsRun product data reports. Transfer product data to account specific Excel product set up forms. Send to Sales Support teamsEnter product data into account specific web portals.
