What will you do?

Manage, lead, and train dedicated and proud frontline teams, monitoring timeliness and quantities in food preparation, promoting quality goods and exceptional service excellence

Deliver informative and engaging briefs to all team members within your service area before each event

Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned area

Provide prompt and appropriate handling of guest feedback

Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

More about you

No degree required

Experience managing and leading large hospitality teams within hospitality or events

Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environment

Skills in guest service, communication, attention to detail, analysis, quick thinking, and leadership
