As a Future Ready Intern/Corporate Social Responsibility Intern, you will contribute to Schneider Electric’s commitment to supporting all generations through a mix of existing Corporate Citizenship programs and new strategic initiatives. These efforts focus on the social impact dimension of sustainability, with a strong emphasis on creating equal development opportunities across generations.

Your role will center on strategy and execution plan creation, project management, awareness building, storytelling, thought leadership, and communications, ensuring that employees globally understand the purpose of these programs and how to engage with them. You will work closely with global and local teams to support the deployment and visibility of initiatives that are shaping the future of work at Schneider Electric.

Your missions:

In the frame of the new Group Sustainability Strategy 2026-2030 (Impact 2030)

EXPERIENCE FORWARD PROGRAM:

You will support the deployment of Phase 2 of the Experience Forward Program, intended for experienced employees. After direct request from our CEO, this program is being rolled out in all countries where Schneider Electric operates, across all functions and business areas, and your job will be to support making this program not just a sustainability or HR topic but directly integrate it to our business.

The focus will be on:

Program deployment: communicating engagement guidelines, supporting change management, and engaging functions and business areas.

Program communication: providing internal support (major milestones, success stories, etc.) and supporting external content creation with our specialists.

Reporting: supporting local teams and coordinating with the central team to guarantee data accuracy.

Proposing and supporting the implementation of specific action plans based on results.

Adapting the program to local needs (regulations, team profiles, etc.).

Leading a global network of ambassadors.

SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY:

You will contribute to the development of Schneider Electric’s new sustainability strategy, aligned with the company’s long-term goals for 2026–2030. This includes supporting the conception and structuring of pilot programs, contributing to deployment planning, and helping define the implementation strategy. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, assist in building tracking tools, and contribute to the communication efforts that will accompany this strategic transformation.

Preferred educational background:

You are currently pursuing a degree at a business school, communications school, Institute of Political Studies (IEP/Sciences Po), or university, with a specialization in one of the following areas:

CSR / Sustainability

Strategy and Transformation

Organizational Management

Human Resources (strategic vision / change management)

Corporate Communications

Sustainability & Social Innovation.

Skills:

Agility: Ability to go beyond traditional working methods and stay flexible during changing circumstances

Professional proficiency in English required. Additional languages (including french) are a plus, and a cross-cultural management profile

Data driven decision making: Ability to synthesize information collected from different countries and teams to create strategies, tell a narrative, and operationalize solutions that fit their needs

Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout global regions. Ability to deliver strong communication tools to raise awareness on diverse topics

Autonomous and proactive: Ability to take initiative, work as part of a team, and inspire trust by demonstrating sound judgment and integrity

Curious with a drive to learn and deliver high impact

Ability to support change within an organization

Strong skills in multi-site project management

Ability to manage several sub‑projects in parallel
