Custom Apparel Sales Representative (Commission Only)

Compensation: 100% commission only - no hourly pay and no base salary

Same Day Embroidery is hiring a Custom Apparel Sales Representative to help us grow by bringing in new business for embroidery, uniforms, polos, hats, workwear, team apparel, and custom printed garments.

We are a fast-growing custom apparel company based in San Bernardino serving businesses, schools, contractors, gyms, medical offices, teams, and organizations throughout the Inland Empire. We’re looking for someone who can prospect, build relationships, and close profitable orders - not someone who wants to sit back and wait for leads.

This is a 100% commission-only sales position.There is no hourly pay, salary, or guaranteed base compensation.

You will be paid based on the sales you bring in and close. If you are confident in your ability to sell, build relationships, and generate business, this role offers strong upside. If you are looking for hourly pay or a guaranteed paycheck, this position is not the right fit.

What You’ll Be Selling

Embroidered polos, hats, jackets, and uniforms

Workwear and employee apparel for local businesses

Team apparel and spirit wear

DTF printed shirts and custom garments

Repeat apparel programs for contractors, schools, gyms, medical offices, restaurants, and organizations

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, field visits, and relationship-building

Build relationships with business owners, office managers, coaches, schools, contractors, and other decision-makers

Follow up with leads consistently and work opportunities through to a close

Sell profitable custom apparel orders that fit company pricing and margin standards

Gather customer information such as quantities, garment type, logo needs, deadlines, and artwork requirements

Communicate customer needs clearly to our internal team so quotes and orders are handled correctly

Help develop repeat business accounts, not just one-time orders

Represent Same Day Embroidery professionally in person, over the phone, and through text/email communication

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation is based on qualified sales and paid according to the company’s commission structure. Full commission details are reviewed during the interview process with selected candidates.

Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results

Able to build trust with business owners and decision-makers

B2B sales experience is a plus

Experience selling custom apparel, uniforms, printing, promo products, or related services is a plus

Must be comfortable working in a commission-only environment
