Senior Network Security Engineer

Role description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Security & Infrastructure Engineer to support and manage our enterprise network and security landscape. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across Cisco Firepower, VMware NSX, F5 load balancing, Cisco ISE, Aruba switching and wireless technologies, along with excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Data Center environments.

Configure and maintain routing and switching(HP,Aruba) technologies (BGP, OSPF, VLANs).

Administer Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD), including security policies, NAT, and VPN configurations.

Manage and support VMware NSX; collaborate with virtualization teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

Provide operational support for F5 load balancers (application delivery and traffic optimization).

Administer Cisco ISE for AAA, NAC, and secure access control.

Manage and troubleshoot Aruba switching, wireless infrastructure.

Lead L3 / Tier 4 troubleshooting for complex network and security incidents.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, cloud, and application teams.

Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.

Good understanding of:

VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL)

F5 Load Balancers

Cisco ISE

Network security best practices

High availability and disaster recovery design
