About the role

Role & responsibilities:

Python, Python ML, PowerShell, Bash, Pandas, or similar scripting languages, AI concepts, Agentic AI agents

Workflow orchestration and automation platforms (e.g., Tines, ServiceNow, Ivanti, Power Automate, Manage Engine, NexThink Ansible).

Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, API integration (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and API authentication (OAuth, API Keys, Token-based authentication).

Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Monitoring and observability tools

Identify automation opportunities across IT operations, service management, infrastructure, and business processes.

Develop automation workflows using scripting and orchestration tools like Ansible, Terraform, Tines, Any other orchestration platform

Integrate automation solutions with ITSM, monitoring, cloud, and enterprise platforms.

Automate incident resolution, service requests, provisioning, monitoring, and reporting processes.

Build reusable automation frameworks and self-healing capabilities.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Monitoring and observability tools

Experience with cloud databases such as Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS, or Azure SQL.

Familiarity with automation tools for database management.
