About the role
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Investment/Risk Analyst to join our Singapore team. This is a full-time role offering a unique opportunity to work across our investment research and risk functions, with a particular focus on building the data, quantitative and technology infrastructure that powers how we invest.
About the Role
Andromeda is a global investment management firm focused on alpha generation in fixed income and credit, with a top-down, research-driven and contrarian approach that combines macro analysis with deep dives into corporate fundamentals. As an Analyst, you will work directly with our investment and risk teams to support macro and credit research, trade idea generation and portfolio risk analysis. You will take a leading role in developing our research and risk data infrastructure, making it more automated, data-driven and increasingly augmented by AI.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and extract insights from different types of datasets to support both investment and risk decisions
Design, build and maintain the data pipelines and quantitative infrastructure that underpin the firm’s investment research and risk management
Automate manual research and risk workflows by efficiently incorporating AI-based tools into the process
Work closely with portfolio managers and analysts to translate their needs into reliable tools, analytics and actionable insights
Requirements
Deep interest in investment and macroeconomics, as well as strong eagerness to learn and grow within the hedge fund industry
Strong quantitative and data skills, with proficiency in Python and SQL and experience building data pipelines or production-quality analytical code
A degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (computer science, data science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics or similar), or equivalent practical experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
