Job Title: Solution / System Architect

Location: Singapore

CRM/CLM:

Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their integration into enterprise ecosystems.

Working knowledge of Client & Partner Management, Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow Automation, Account Opening, Periodic Reviews, and KYC processes.

Baseline:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise systems, in the banking domain, with a focus on private banking/wealth management.

Domain knowledge in Financial / Capital Markets is essential.

Proficiency in modern web technologies and enterprise platforms such as Java EE, Spring Boot, and databases like Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

Experience with integration patterns & technologies like API g/w, File Transfer, IBM MQ, Kafka etc.

Well versed with Architecture principles, standard, patterns etc.

Experience in architecting or designing cloud-native application (architecture) and DevOps principles.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements from MAS (Singapore) and HKMA (Hong Kong).

Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.

Understanding of data policies and standards to align with business and technology goals is a plus.

Exposure to Machine Learning-based solutions is a plus.
