What You’ll Do:

Support clients in their daily routines and recovery-focused activities

Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment

Lead or assist with group activities and educational sessions

Observe, document, and communicate client behaviors to the treatment team

Assist with admissions, orientations, and safety procedures

Respond calmly and appropriately to crisis situations

Provide transportation support when needed

Work closely with nurses and clinicians to support treatment plans

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent

2 years of responsible work experience (any industry)

A desire to help others in recovery

Good communication skills and reliability

Preferred (but not required):

Experience in mental health, human services, or customer‑facing roles

✅ No prior behavioral health experience required

✅ Hands‑on training provided
