DALEEN Restoration is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to help us become the most trusted restoration company in Southern Wisconsin.

This isn't a desk job.

This isn't a position where you'll spend your day making cold calls or sitting in meetings.

This is for someone who loves people, enjoys building relationships, and wants to directly control their own success.

If you're the type of person who naturally walks into a room and starts conversations, remembers people's names, earns trust quickly, and refuses to settle for average, keep reading.

What You'll Do

You'll spend your days meeting insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, facility managers, business owners, and community leaders throughout Lake Geneva and the surrounding areas.

Your job isn't to "sell restoration."

Your job is to become the person people think of first when disaster strikes.

You'll build genuine relationships, educate referral partners, create opportunities, and help families and businesses recover when unexpected property damage happens.

Every day you'll be in the community building a business that feels like your own while having the support, resources, reputation, and systems of an established company behind you.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Professional in both appearance and communication.

Experience in restoration isn't required.

Sales experience is helpful, but personality, work ethic, and a genuine desire to grow matter much more.
