Our agency has proudly served the Fairfield, CT community for over 18 years, backed by a family legacy of State Farm agents dating back to the 1960s. As a second-generation agent and longtime Fairfield resident, I take pride in building strong relationships and supporting the community we call home.

I earned my B.S. from Baruch College and pursued graduate studies at Marlboro College. Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized with honors such as Legion of Honor and Ambassador Travel, and I’m an active member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Colleen Tighe - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.

Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.
