Could you be the full-time Project Engineering Intern in St Bruno we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and organizational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in supporting our Project Engineering Managers (PREMs) to ensure the success of various technical initiatives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including technical experts, project managers, and engineering teams), analyze data for reports, and assist in drafting technical communications, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of technical support for problem investigations, but also follow up with technical experts regarding their deliverables.

We’ll look to you for:

Providing technical support for problem investigations

Drafting technical responses for letters

Analyzing data for reports

Following up with technical experts to ensure timely delivery of their tasks

Collaborating with the Project Engineering team to meet project objectives

Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

Experience or understanding of data analysis and technical problem-solving

Knowledge of engineering principles and project management fundamentals

Familiarity with technical documentation and reporting

A strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or similar software

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Bilingualism

Proficiency in French and English is required.

Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers.

In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

Important to note
