Support the Global Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing recruiting initiatives and projects across different countries and regions

Assist in optimizing and further developing global recruitment processes, standards, applicant system, and tools

Support the development of recruitment materials, communication activities, and employer branding initiatives

Assist in maintaining and improving digital recruiting channels, career pages, and other Talent Acquisition platforms

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification and experience:

Enrolled student at a university or college, ideally studying Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, or a comparable field

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Employer Branding

Good communication skills and ability to create clear and engaging content

Proactive, structured, and independent working style with strong organizational and teamwork skills

Confident use of MS Office tools

Very good written and spoken English skills as the main communication language within the team is English
