To support our further growth in Germany, Amplifon is looking for further talents to support our Retail Excellence Team as Sales Performance Manager (m/w/d) in Hamburg.
Key responsibilities:
Drive Country Commercial Planning: define the business planning in synergy with Sales, Marketing and HR, ensuring perfect execution end to end along the funnel (from appointment to conversion).
Foster a continuous performance dialogue: constantly monitoring commercial KPIs, encouraging proactive performance improvement and intelligent benchmarking, being in charge, along with the IT department, of IT systems and platform related to commercial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, sales incentives calculation, etc.
Manage communication strategies and contents towards salespeople using different channels
In Store Performance & Operational Excellence: ensure an attentive agenda management, a skillful omnichannel orchestration, intelligent booking, double booking and optimized time management, defining the right target setting per store.
Sales Incentive: along with HR is responsible for the design, implementation and roll-out of stores incentive systems and sales promotions.
Support stores organizational evolution trough People Excellence: work along with the Training team to develop the right skills and capabilities set needed to constantly improve in-store performance and implement effective development paths supported by coaching and training activities.
Promote all the initiatives that contribute to the creation of a Data Driven Organization.
What you'll need:
Extensive experience in Commercial and Go To Market or Sales enablement within International contexts, ideally within retail environments.
You are business fluent in German and English
Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or related field.
Teamwork attitude, ability in working and achieving results through others
Proven leadership and inspirational skills
Communication & buy-in skills and the ability to work across countries and role
