Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) | Nashville, Tennessee

Location: Nashville, Tennessee (On-Site)

Job Type: Full-Time (W2 or 1099)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured inpatient setting with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Compensation:

$130,000k-$150,000 annually, based on your experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage medications and monitor patient progress.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation

Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of PMHNP or Psych PA experience in inpatient behavioral health, or acute mental health settings (preferred)

Must have active TN PMHNP/PA license and Active DEA.

Also, must hold multiple active PMHNP/PA state licenses, (including TN license).

Able to start as soon as credentialed & able to start within a reasonable timeframe.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts)

On-site position (non-remote)
