Position: Security Engineer (Coding Agent Experience)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $85/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Use frontier AI coding agents to complete and evaluate complex security engineering tasks.

Review model-generated code and architectures for vulnerabilities and security risks.

Identify bugs, edge cases, and security-related failure modes.

Compare outputs from multiple frontier models to assess strengths and weaknesses.

Apply professional engineering judgment to realistic security engineering scenarios.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

2+ years of professional security engineering experience.

Experience with application security, cloud security, infrastructure security, or vulnerability management.

Regular use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or Gemini CLI.

Ability to identify flaws in model-generated code and architectures.

Preferred

Experience securing production systems.

Compensation & Legal

$400 per accepted task.

Compensation is tied to accepted work.
