Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer I, you will play an essential role in designing and deploying software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Your primary focus will be on core development tasks, demonstrating a good handle on programming languages and the use of various development tools. You will develop the ability to integrate and consume APIs, gain experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, containerization basics, CI/CD pipelines, and AI concepts and their applications, while developing skills in automated testing strategies.

Immediate project or QA/Software Development Engineer team.

Collaborates with colleagues and junior team members to solve problems.

Engages with cross-functional teams to executes.

Writes new software, makes modifications to existing software, or integrates software applications and modules with AI capabilities.

Designs and develops using modern architecture patterns and cloud-native approaches.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into coding solutions leveraging AI when appropriate.

Actively participates and collaborates in meetings, processes, agile ceremonies and interaction with other technology groups.

Ability to interpret code and solve problems through root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

Participates in the code review process for learning purposes and to understand.

Acts on the correction of incidents identified by the continuous code quality inspection tool.

Executes on provided design while suggesting AI-enhanced improvements.

Develops both front-end and back-end components with attention to performance and security.
