Job Description

Duration: June/July to December 2026

Allowance ranges from SGD 650 – SGD 2,000 (dependent on level of education)

Location: Tukang, Singapore

You'll be responsible for driving the sales of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia products to Marine & Offshore customers across Asia and Asia-Pacific. This role involves implementing regional sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, supporting product launches, and collaborating closely with marketing and regulatory teams to market presence.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading sales of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia products to Marine & Offshore customers across Asia and Asia-Pacific, while implementing regional sales strategies and identifying market trends.

Managing new product launches and collaborating with Global Marketing on promotion concepts, seminars, conferences, and roadshows to increase market penetration.

Monitoring and assessing regulatory impacts (especially cybersecurity) on marine propulsion, recommending next steps and supporting related research programmes with regulators and institutes.

Supporting sales planning, forecasting, and data consolidation by coordinating with regional subsidiaries and distributors to ensure accurate and timely revenue and order data.

Preparing management reports on sales targets and achievements, driving action plans based on Marine team feedback.

Providing event support for maritime expos and marketing initiatives, and contributing to strategic initiatives like APAC growth plans and pricing strategies.

Who we’re looking for:

University students with an Engineering/Business degree

Mechanical Engineering and Business Development/Economics background

Fluent in English language

Proficient in MS Office

A self-starter who takes initiative and appreciates teamwork

Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail

Must be able to work in Tukang (Jurong) office
