About the Roles

Join a dynamic IT / Consultancy firm as a Sales Account Executive / Sales Account Manager based in Ubi, working a structured Monday to Friday (9AM–6PM) schedule in a permanent role. You will drive corporate and enterprise sales efforts, supported by cross-functional teams, with an attractive package offering a basic salary of up to $4,000 + commission + claimable transport reimbursement. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in a client-facing sales career with strong earning potential and exposure to enterprise accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive sales of solutions and services within corporate and enterprise markets

Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and cold calling

Develop and convert leads to achieve individual and team sales targets

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Technical, and Pre-Sales teams to support deal closure

Prepare quotations and participate in tender submissions and bidding processes

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, including management of maintenance contracts for existing clients

Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers, including key strategic accounts

Execute account planning activities and maintain accurate sales funnel reporting

Participate in marketing initiatives such as product launches, promotions, and industry events

Support ongoing business development efforts and perform additional duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Possess at least a NITEC / Diploma qualification or equivalent

Ideally have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing, though this is not mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively

Open to candidates without prior experience, as training will be provided
