The Role

Missions du poste :

Apprentissage au sein d’une équipe NOC internationale en charge de la supervision et de l’exploitation de l’infrastructure réseau. Participation au monitoring, intégration de l’AI dans le traitement des incidents et de support de premier niveau sur des environnements critiques multi-sites.

Activités confiées :

Configuration équipements réseau

Troubleshooting

Monitoring & Integration de l’IA / agentic framework

Projet concret (DHCP, VLAN, monitoring)

Manipulation réelle (pas seulement observer) & autonomie progressive

Who You Are

Niveau de diplôme préparé

Bachelor (Bac+3)

Compétences techniques requises

(Hard skills)

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

• VLAN, routage basique

• Equipements réseau (switch, router)

Compétences interpersonnelles requises (Soft skills)

Curiosité des technologies informatiques et numériques notamment Automation & Agentic AI

Ecoute, Esprit d’analyse et être force de proposition

Organisé, rigoureux et aimer travailler en équipe dans un environnement international

Compétences optionnelles
