Structural Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Development of structural concepts for satellites
Definition of structural requirements
Supervision, monitoring and technical control of sub-contractors for structural components
Responsibility for the structural sizing, coordination and conduction of structural analyses, documentation and presenting of results
Performance of static-, dynamic and thermo-elastic analyses
Definition and support of structural verification tests, including test specification, test prediction, test conductance and test evaluation
Technical support for the system engineering in the domain of structural analysis
Your Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering with focus on Structural Engineering
Experience in the development of satellite structures is an advantage
Knowledge of static, dynamic, acoustic and thermo-elastic analyses
Knowledge and experience with structural analysis software, such as Hyperworks, NASTRAN is an advantage
Fluent in English reading and writing
Strong sense of responsibility
Organized, structured and target-oriented
Team player with excellent communication skills
Business travel willingness
