Key Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership to drive business performance and strategic growth.

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities.

Support acquisitions, capital investment decisions, and long-term planning initiatives.

Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and operational excellence.

Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.

Develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience.

Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making capability.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.

CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Construction, manufacturing, industrial, or building materials experience preferred.
