RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.

Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Must be licensed TX General Lines Agent in both Property & Casualty and Life, Accident, Health, and HMO.

Must be bilingual SPANISH.

Preferred prior State Farm Agency experience.
