Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform data analysis, modelling, and insight generation to translate data into actionable recommendations and business outcomes

Solve complex problems using structured and analytical thinking

Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Collaborate with technology, delivery, and/or business teams

Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance adherence

Support automation and optimisation of reporting processes

Must-Have Skills

Strong data analytics

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking

Strong technology understanding (systems, data flows, platforms)

Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

Experience working with large/complex datasets

Strong attention to data quality and accuracy

Experience working with AI Tools - Specifically Cursor

Good to Have

Exposure to Cyber Security data (vulnerabilities, incidents, controls)

Understanding of risk, compliance, or security frameworks

Familiarity with security tooling/data sources (e.g., vulnerability data, logs)

Mandatory Competencies

BA - Business Analyst - Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

BA - Business Analyst - Business Process Modelling

BA - Documentation - Story Creation, BRD, FRD Creation

BA - Business Analyst - Requirement Gathering

BA - Domain knowledge
