FP&A Data Analyst (Financial)

This role contributes to financial planning and analysis by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across financial systems and reporting platforms. It enables reliable insights that support business decision-making in a data-driven environment. The position operates at the intersection of finance, data, and technology to strengthen data validation and reporting processes.

How you will make an impact:

Execute end-to-end data validation across ERP, planning tools, data platforms, and BI systems and reconcile datasets

Validate financial metrics including revenue, margin, and operating expenses prior to executive reporting cycles

Maintain and apply data validation rules aligned with governance standards

Collaborate with Finance Systems and Data Engineering teams to improve data pipeline integrity

Identify and implement automation opportunities using SQL, Excel, and Python

Investigate data discrepancies and deliver root-cause analysis with actionable recommendations

Build scalable and repeatable processes for financial data validation and reporting.

The must haves:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or data analytics

Application of planning tools such as Anaplan or equivalent platforms

Utilization of data platforms including Snowflake and SQL

Advanced use of Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Demonstrated analytical approach with attention to detail in data validation scenarios

Ability to work across functions and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Nice to haves:

Application of SQL and Python for data validation and automation

Experience in technology-driven or data-centric environments

Exposure to data governance or data quality frameworks.
