About this vacancy

In the role of AIT Manager, you will be responsible for:

Planning and management of AIT Plan, Flow, WBS, WPD, and Schedule

Coordination of resources and integration and test activities

Monitoring progress, costs, ETC/EAC, and reporting

Managing AIT documentation (Procedures, IRR, TRR, PTR, Dashboard)

Supporting project reviews, environmental campaigns, and launch activities

Managing quality, risks, and corrective actions

Coordination of procurement and test facilities

What we expect from you

- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent - At least 5 years of experience in space AIT - Knowledge of satellites, integration, testing, and space documentation - Experience in team coordination and activity planning - Knowledge of quality processes and operations in a Clean Room - Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills - Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Project Control tools - Italian C2, fluent English - Availability for missions, shifts, and long-term campaigns.
