Digital Marketing Operations Intern

What you will do

CMS Editor & Admin (Contentful)

Assist with updating and maintaining website content using Contentful CMS.

Support configuration updates within the CMS.

Support asset management activities within the CMS.

Assist web editors and marketing teams with CMS-related operational requests.

Shopify Admin Management (DMS)

Create and edit products in Shopify (name, description, images, prices, variants).

Support product maintenance and operational updates in the admin panel.

Create new users in the DMS/admin environment and assign appropriate permissions based on role.

Web Performance & Technical Monitoring

Support the monitoring of technical website issues such as 404 errors, 301 redirects, indexation issues, and Core Web Vitals.

Help identify website quality issues that may affect user experience, SEO, or performance.

Assist with tracking technical fixes and support follow-up actions.

SEO/GEO

Support the optimization of missing or outdated SEO tags using Contentful CMS and Hybris PIM.

Assist local and global teams with SEO recommendations using tools such as Semrush.

Contribute to GEO pilot initiatives over time, including internal linking, GEO optimization of content, and maintenance of brand authority across third-party platforms (e.g., Wikipedia, review platforms) for search and AI visibility.

Analytics & Reporting

Support recurring analytics and web performance reporting using GA4, Google Search Console, and Data Studio dashboards.

Help prepare recurring reports and summaries for global and local stakeholders.

Assist on enhanced marketing data tracking and configuration through Google Tag Manager

Digital Asset Management & DAM Migration

Support asset management activities within the CMS and DAM environment, including ensuring that images are properly optimized.

Assist with DAM migration tasks(Cloudinary), including asset review, tagging, categorization, and quality checks.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Communicate effectively with teams across 40+ countries.

Coordinate with Web Editors and Marketing teams to align on priorities and timelines

What we require

any academic or personal experience with CMS tools or Digital Marketing tools or e commerce (e.g., Contentful, Wordpress, Webflow, Shopify, Cloudinary) or digital product/content management will be considered a plus.
