À propos du poste:

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Territory Manager pour piloter et accélérer notre croissance sur la région.

Véritable leader sur le terrain, vous aurez pour mission de développer et animer un réseau de commerciaux indépendants, tout en déployant une stratégie commerciale ambitieuse auprès des PME.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le renforcement de notre présence sur le marché français.

Ce que vous ferez:

Recruter, structurer et animer un réseau de commerciaux indépendants performants

Accompagner, coacher et développer votre équipe pour maximiser leur performance

Définir et piloter la stratégie commerciale régionale

Suivre les performances et ajuster les actions en conséquence

Accompagner vos équipes sur les opportunités stratégiques

Développer des relations avec les partenaires locaux

Représenter myPOS lors d’événements et rendez-vous clients

Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du management
