Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily PHQ operations and ensure achievement of client goals, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Build strong relationships with clients, dealers, and field teams while delivering exceptional customer service.

Manage, coach, and develop PHQ staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Oversee program resources, processes, and compliance with the Statement of Work.

Manage program finances, accrual reporting, and dealer billing activities.

Analyze program performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership.

Identify and resolve operational risks, issues, and process gaps.

Lead weekly team meetings and coordinate support across departments.

Provide operational support for special projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of operations, project or business management experience.

3+ years of team leadership experience.

Strong client relationship, financial management, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
