Overview
Crocs Brasil Comércio de Calçados LDTA ("Crocs Brasil"), a subsidiary of Crocs, Inc. and is the employing entity for this position.
The Manager, Retail Operations role at Crocs Brasil is responsible for leading the operational efforts between the Retail Back office and Retail field including communication, labor planning, event planning, new store set ups and system management.
What You'll Do
Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, ensure execution of brand standards, and identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor store performance through analysis of sales, operational KPIs, and customer service indicators, proposing strategic action plans to achieve or exceed targets.
Assist in managing and driving all operational aspects of store openings, closings, relocation and upgrades to ensure smooth implementation and budgets and timelines are met
Support and develop store managers and teams by identifying training needs and ensuring disciplined execution of operational routines.
Support the Retail stores with all systems eg. Linx, LinxPOS, Kudos, NeoMode
Represent the field’s needs when reviewing current and future functionality for all systems. Participate in system testing as needed including APTOS testing for all promotions
Ensure key initiatives are communicated to stores via weekly and monthly newsletters, Go To Market, etc.
Help plan and execute Retail meetings
Manage budgets, PO's, invoices for all retail vendors
Manage monthly business reporting and distribute to key stake holders for analysis. For example, CRM, Supply spend, LP audits, and cash overages/shortages
Establish collaborative communication and act as the main point of contact with other supporting function teams such as Planning, Merchandising, Allocation, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Inventory Control, Learning & Development, Finance and Human Resources ensuring clear communication, process standardization and, resolution of operational matters
Participate in cross functional meetings to represent Retail team. Share business updates and collaborate as needed in driving overall Crocs Brasil business.
Ensure the Crocs Brasil policies and procedures are respected and followed within Retail team.
Support various departments on one-off projects as needed
Maintain recognition program with tracker and evolve program as needed to support field.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Bachelors Degree
5 years’ of relevant work experience. Experience in retail is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Strong decision-making skills, driving towards consistent and effective results.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer focused and service oriented.
Ability to work closely with functional and cross-functional team members and strive toward a unified vision.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
