WeCredit is hiring an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits of loan operations, payment transactions, and business processes.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
Review loan disbursements, repayments, reconciliations, and payment processes to identify risks and control gaps.
Prepare audit reports, recommend process improvements, and track closure of audit observations.
Coordinate with internal teams and support statutory, internal, and regulatory audits.
Requirements:
3–5 years of Internal Audit experience in an NBFC (FinTech NBFC experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of loan operations, payment audits, RBI regulations, GST, and TDS.
Proficiency in MS Excel with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
