Salary Range: 60k to 65k

Roles:

1. Project Finance Management

Prepare and evaluate project finance proposals for new and ongoing projects.

Conduct financial feasibility studies and project viability analysis.

2. Financial Modelling & Analysis

Develop financial models, projections, and cash flow forecasts.

Analyze project costs, profitability, ROI, and funding requirements.

3. Banking & Loan Coordination

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for term loans and working capital facilities.

Prepare loan documentation, CMA data, and financial information required by lenders.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning.

Monitor project budgets and analyze budget variances.

5. MIS & Reporting

Prepare project finance MIS reports and management presentations.

Generate financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

6. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.

Maintain project finance records, agreements, and supporting documentation.

7. Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.

Support management in funding discussions and project execution.

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

1-2 years of experience in Project Finance, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance.

Experience in preparing project reports and dealing with banks/financial institutions will be an added advantage.
