Maintain a strong control environment for liquidity processes (key controls, reconciliations, data quality, approvals, SoD), including audit/regulatory evidence.
Monitor and report operational MI (KPIs/KRIs), support hypercare and post-implementation reviews, and drive continuous improvement/resilience (BCP/contingency readiness).
To be successful you will:
Skills & Experience:
5–8 years’ experience in Banking Operations (ideally Liquidity), Change Management, Business Implementation, or Project/Programme Management.
Strong understanding of liquidity products, end-to-end operational processes, and target operating models.
Proven experience delivering project implementation, operational readiness, or business transition activities.
Strong planning and coordination skills, with disciplined delivery against milestones and dependencies.
Confident stakeholder management across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance/Treasury, and Operations.
Able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and prioritise effectively in tight timelines.
Strong analytical capability to assess impacts, identify root causes, and make pragmatic recommendations.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile/Waterfall, RAID, plans, status reporting) is desirable.
Knowledge of operational risk and control frameworks is an advantage; track record of smooth go-lives, strong documentation/training, low post-go-live defects, and positive stakeholder feedback.
