Are you an experienced HVAC Site Engineer looking to work on challenging and dynamic projects? Join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality HVAC installations while ensuring safety, quality, and timely project execution. Position: HVAC Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Execute HVAC installation activities including:
Ducting
Chilled Water / Refrigerant Piping
AHUs, FCUs, VRF Units, and Chillers
Coordinate daily work with supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is executed as per approved GFC drawings and method statements.
Plan daily activities and allocate manpower effectively.
Ensure installations meet project specifications and quality standards.
Conduct inspections with QA/QC teams and client representatives.
Identify, report, and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
Enforce safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure PPE compliance.
Track manpower attendance, productivity, and subcontractor performance.
Coordinate material requisitions, deliveries, and verification of specifications.
Maintain approved HVAC drawings, as-built records, and site documentation.
Prepare measurement sheets, support billing activities, and monitor BOQ quantities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, and attend site meetings.
Handle RFIs, approvals, and project sign-offs.
Support testing, commissioning, and OEM coordination activities.
Pay: ₹10,780.97 - ₹25,006.69 per month
Work Location: In person
