About the role

Role Summary

The Marketing Communications & Events Executive works closely with the internal marketing team and stakeholders to achieve specific company objectives set by the Head of Marketing. Key objectives include increasing digital sales, driving lead generation, boosting brand engagement, and improving conversions. As the key person in charge of executing marketing campaigns, your responsibilities will span event management, digital marketing, and content support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Management

End-to-End Planning: Independently plan, organize, and execute events and exhibition activations from conception to completion.

On-Ground Execution: Lead the on-ground execution of events, managing logistics, coordinating remote support, overseeing on-site activities, and troubleshooting real-time issues.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact during activations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Product Managers) and external partners (technology partners, business partners, agencies) to curate unique brand activations.

Budgeting & Growth: Optimize event planning to align budgets with marketing goals without compromising quality. Identify new opportunities to engage customers, acquire users, and showcase brand products/values.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive post-event reports for marketing campaigns.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Support

Campaign & Content Creation: Assist in creating and executing engaging marketing campaigns, EDM campaigns, and social media content (including short-form video content) across the Group's platforms.

Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content channels and activations.

Collateral Development: Assist in developing promotional materials, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, product sheets, direct mailers, newsletters, and press releases.

Calendar & Platform Management: Manage the monthly social media and marketing calendar (scheduling, timelines, event coordination). Explore new platforms and actively engage in social discussions to grow the community.

Website Maintenance: Assist in updating website content and copy to ensure platform consistency.

Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (impressions, unique visits, followers, clicks, sales). Support social performance tracking, social listening, and competitor/market trend analysis.

Skills and Job Requirements

Autonomy & Fast-Paced Adaptability: Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a positive attitude.

Project Management: Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent tasks.

Creativity & Copywriting: Creative thinker with a passion for innovative ideas, a desire to elevate the brand, and strong copywriting abilities.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in WordPress and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is an added advantage (required for supporting the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets).

Pay: $2,236.30 - $4,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's or equivalent (Required)
