Fashion Clienteling Project Manager (F/M/X)
About the role
Position
As Fashion Clienteling Project Manager, you will work on all Fashion Client Activations (Fashion Shows, Client Days, as well as collection launches in store and in outside venues) for our most valued clients, ensuring a seamless, elevated, and consistent experience across all markets.
Based in Paris, you will collaborate closely with Global, Regional, and Local teams to coordinate and follow-up all activations WWD throughout the year.
Job responsibilities
1. EVENTS CALENDAR
Partner closely with Client Development teams around the world building and implementing a comprehensive fashion client activations calendar driven by fashion shows and key business moments (collection launches, market opportunities, product focus), ensuring local relevance within a global framework.
Scope: Fashion shows, client days as well as collection launches in-store and in outside venues.
2. CLIENT NOMINATIONS & KPIs MONITORING
Define client nominations, specific targets & KPIs per activation to ensure tailored and impactful action plan throughout the year, including:
Conduct analysis to work on smart client nominations for all fashion events
KPIs follow-up (attendance, conversion rate, average transaction value, turnover)
Global bookings / sales follow-up during events
3. CLIENT ANALYSIS & COMPETITION BENCHMARK
In collaboration with our Business Analyst, conduct client analyses to support the activity and bring new ideas
Conduct competition benchmark
Work on a department newsletter
4. OPERATIONAL & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Liaise with key teams across the organization to improve efficiency, including :
Business Unit teams to define product assortments and targets
VM teams to work on impactful product set-up and seamless client journeys
Events & Image team to ensure consistency and service excellence across all events client touchpoints
Dior Academy for training and styling across all events
Retail Performance teams to work on sales apps and follow-up on deposits / invoicing
Finance team to monitor closely budget and ROIs
Profile
Minimum 3/5 years of experience in luxury client development or high-end client relations, ideally within Fashion or Luxury sectors.
Very strong analytical skills
Fluent in English
Strong strategic and analytical mindset combined with creativity and a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics.
Results-driven profile with a strong sense of service excellence and brand sensitivity.
Team player, at ease with coordinating 360° projects.
