We're looking for a Media Account Coordinator/ Client Coordinator to join the Client Services team at Kaimera, part of the Havas Media network. This role will be based in Kaimera's Surry Hills office.

About the role

As a Client Coordinator you are the key support for your whole team. You ensure advertising campaigns are implemented and performing to their full capacity.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Campaign Management

Material Instructions/Creative Specs

Trafficking (all platforms)

Reporting

Competitive

General Agency Processes

You will work closely with your Executive/Manager to ensure all campaigns go to market as planned and delivery is in line with booked parameters. As a Client Coordinator, you will also assist on pitches or new business work, as necessary.

What are we looking for?

This is an entry level role, so the candidate must share Kaimera’s core values of Trust, Agility and Passion. They are not expected to have any industry experience but will be a talented graduate with relevant education and an enthusiasm for learning.

On top of this, it is paramount the candidate has strong numeracy and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful application must be able to work both, as part of a team and independently when the occasion requires. Proven experience and confidence using Excel and PowerPoint will be highly regarded.
