Maintenance Operations Manager
About the role
To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, integration and performance of all maintenance and workshop functions across the business. This role drives a modern, data-led asset management approach to optimise equipment reliability, cost efficiency and lifestyle performance.
This position requires a strong focus on operational transformation, systems integration and continuous improvement, ensuring maintenance practices align with best practices and support business growth objectives.
Key Requirements:
A strong commitment to safety first practices
Previous experience in a Maintenance Management role
Experience in leading maintenance transformation within the drilling industry
Demonstrated expertise in asset management frameworks and reliability engineering principles
Strong experience with integrated maintenance systems and data-driven decision making
Proven ability to lead change management and business improvement initiatives
Advanced financial and commercial acumen, including Capex and cost modelling
Highly developed leadership capability with a focus on building high-performance teams
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at a senior level
Appropriate trade qualification
Formal training or certification in Reliability Engineering/Asset Management desirable
Leadership or management qualification (Cert IV or above) desirable
