About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance Marketing to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth through paid marketing campaigns for our SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns.
Create high-converting ad creatives, copies, hooks, and campaign concepts.
Develop and scale UGC-style advertising campaigns.
Leverage AI tools to improve ad creation and campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and business goals.
Required Skills
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong expertise in Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.
Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Understanding of ad copywriting, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
Experience with UGC-style creatives and performance-focused campaigns.
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
